Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of preference, style, colour, or design. Exchanges or store credit may be offered for damaged or incorrect items subject to verification.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Chart before placing your order. Measurements are provided in centimetres for S, M, and L.
